Connect Agentology to Your Real Geeks CRM

Automatically engage new leads through your Real Geeks website with Verse.io

Real Geeks integrates with Verse.io (formerly Agentology) to help you respond to new leads instantly. Once connected, Verse’s team engages your leads within minutes via phone, SMS, and email, while keeping everything documented inside your CRM.

New leads are automatically sent to Verse.io, and all activity including call logs, SMS transcripts, and follow-up details are logged back into Real Geeks as notes so you stay fully informed.

How to Connect Verse.io

  1. Email success@agentology.com to request your Verse.io Partner ID for the Real Geeks integration

  2. Once you receive your Partner ID, go to: https://leadrouter.realgeeks.com/

  3. Click Configure Destinations

  4. Select your website

  5. Click Connect next to Verse.io (Agentology)

  6. Enter your Partner ID

    1. Optional settings:

      • User: Only send leads assigned to a specific user

      • Assignment: Choose whether leads are sent before or after assignment (default sends immediately)

  7. Click Save

    How It Works

    • New leads are instantly routed to Verse.io for rapid follow-up

    • Verse agents engage leads across multiple channels

    • All communication activity is synced back to your CRM as notes
