Discover how to adjust how many properties a lead can view before they are asked to sign up
Admin Feature
Editing the website is an account owner-level permission. If you don't see this option, contact your account owner to enable these permissions for you.
By default, your Real Geeks Website requires visitors to register after viewing one property. This setting is designed to maximize lead conversion, helping you turn anonymous traffic into identifiable leads you can follow up with and convert into clients.

What Is Property Lead Capture?
Lead Capture on Property controls how many properties a visitor can view on your Website before being asked to register.

This setting directly impacts how quickly you identify new leads and begin follow-up.
Why This Setting Matters
Requiring early registration helps you:
-
Capture lead information while interest is high
-
Start follow-up quickly, increasing conversion chances
-
Build a consistent pipeline of new leads
Real Geeks data shows that requiring registration after one property view produces the highest conversion rates. Allowing more views before registration may feel more user-friendly, but it often results in fewer captured leads.

A private (incognito) window simulates a brand-new visitor experience.
