You can connect BombBomb to the Real Geeks Lead Manager to send video messages straight to your leads. Once integrated, you’ll be able to see when a lead opens your email or watches your video, and all engagement will be logged in the lead’s activity history.

How to Connect BombBomb to Real Geeks
Follow these steps to connect your BombBomb account to Real Geeks.

Go to leadrouter.realgeeks.com/outgoing and select your website

Locate BombBomb in the list of destinations and click Connect

Enter your BombBomb API Key

Optional - In the Users menu, Select an agent to assign these leads to. Only the leads that have been assigned to the designated agent will be sent to BombBomb.

Use the Assignment menu to select if the leads should be assigned to an agent before being sent to BombBomb.

Click Save
Once saved, your BombBomb account is connected. You can now send BombBomb video messages from lead profiles in Real Geeks, and new lead contact information will sync into BombBomb automatically.
How Lead Sync Works
After BombBomb is connected, new leads will automatically sync to BombBomb when they are assigned to an agent in your Real Geeks CRM.
The following information will be imported into BombBomb:

First name
-
Last name
-
Phone number
-
Email address
Leads are also organized into BombBomb lists based on their lead source.
Example:

Leads generated from a property search on your website will be added to a list called "RG Website Property Search"
This makes it easier to segment your contacts and send targeted video emails.
Importing Existing Leads into BombBomb
If you already have leads stored in your Real Geeks CRM, they will not automatically sync to BombBomb.
To add these contacts to BombBomb:

Export your leads from the Real Geeks CRM

Log in to your BombBomb account

Upload the exported file as contacts in BombBomb
This ensures your contacts exist in both platforms so you can send BombBomb video emails to them.
Sending BombBomb Videos from the Lead Manager
Once BombBomb is integrated, you will see a BombBomb option on each lead profile inside the Real Geeks Lead Manager.
To send a video message:

Open the lead profile

Click the More button

Click Send BombBomb

Click the Record button to create your video

Click Send
All video emails sent through BombBomb are stored in your BombBomb account under the Emails tab.
BombBomb also provides engagement tracking so you can see how leads interact with your videos.
You can track:

When a lead opens the email

When a lead watches the video

If a lead unsubscribes from BombBomb emails
Unsubscribing from BombBomb emails does not affect Real Geeks property update emails.
