How to Create a Coming Soon Page

This section walks through how to create a single Coming Soon Page to promote an off-market or pre-MLS listing on your website.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open your website editor by adding /admin to the end of your website address (e.g. www.yourwebsite.com/admin)

  2. Under Pages, click Coming Soon Pages

  3. Click Add Coming Soon Page in the top right corner to create a new page

  4. Enter your page details (Page title, Meta description, Meta Keywords, Anchor text, Page slug)

  5. Enter the property description and listing remarks in the Content field

  6. Upload property photos

  7. Enter the property details like beds, baths, square footage, etc...

  8. Use the Lead Capture Search button to create an automated custom listing search that is saved to the lead’s profile and sends ongoing email updates

If you want to show all of your off-market listings or Coming Soon Pages in one place, a Coming Soon Index Page makes that easy. This page automatically pulls in every Coming Soon Page you create so you can showcase all of your off-market properties from a single link.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open your website editor by adding /admin to the end of your website address (e.g. www.yourwebsite.com/admin)

  2. Under Pages, click Content Pages

  3. Click Add Content Page

  4. Under Page Content, change the Template menu to Coming Soon Index Page

  5. Click Save

As you add more Coming Soon Pages, they will automatically appear on this index page. Promote this on social media and share with leads to entice more engagement with your off-market property pages.

No. All property details are created manually and are not connected to MLS data.

Yes. You can use these pages for any custom property promotion you want to display on your website.

Will leads register when viewing a Coming Soon Page?
Coming Soon Pages don’t require registration by default. To require leads to sign up before viewing property details, use a Custom Capture Form or add ?view to the end of your Coming Soon Page URL when you share it.
