What is a Coming Soon Page?
A coming soon page is your very own custom page that you can create yourself in order to advertise properties that otherwise would not show up on your website because they aren't available through your MLS board.
This is particularly helpful for:
- Advertising listings that aren't available in your market yet
- Open houses
- Pocket listings
- Display listings otherwise not available through your MLS
- and many more!
How to Create a Coming Soon Page
1. To access the Website Editor page of your website, add "/admin" to the end of your website URL (e.g., www.website.com/admin)
2. Click "Coming Soon Pages"
3. Click "Add Coming Soon Page"
4. Fill in the Important information about this property. Below is a list of each field with an explanation of what field does:
Title
This is what appears in browser tabs and indicates which page a user is on. This is also how Search Engines, such as Google, will display your page in its display.

Meta Description
Meta Descriptions are an element that describes and summarizes the contents of your page for the benefit of users and search engines. This can be seen when your website appears in a search engine, such as Google.

Meta Keywords
Meta Keywords are a specific type of meta tag that appear in the HTML code of a Web page and help tell search engines what the topic of the page is. You would place keywords relevant to the area you are building the page for. Multiple keywords can be included in this space, separated by commas.
EX: San Diego real estate, San Diego, homes, for sale, condos, foreclosure, etc...
Anchor Text
This is how your page will appear as a hyperlink on the website. Typically this will be the same as your Area Name.
Slug
A slug is the part of a URL which identifies a particular page on a website in an easy to read form. This is what appears after the .com/.org/etc... portion of your website that tells you what page you are currently on
Page Content
This is where you place any piece of information that is important to the property. This is generally where the property remarks go, but you can also advertise any Youtube videos in this space (You can learn how to embed a Youtube video here) or provide dates, times or contact information if you are running an open house.
Photos
Use the the available fields (Photos 1-20) to insert photos of the property. This will be available for leads to scroll through while on your website
Property Information
Fill in any relevant information like the property address, listing price, beds, baths, square footage, etc.. This gives leads more information about the property
Lead Capture Search
*Optional field*
This gives you the power to build a search that will be automatically saved for the lead so they get property updates about the criteria you select. This is useful so they can see other properties on the website that are in the same area, similar price ranges, or with the same style as the property you are sharing
5. Press "Save"
View your Page
After pressing "Save" , you can click back into your page and click the "View on website" button
in the top-right corner
