How to Set Up the Integration

Step 1: Open the Integration

1. Go to https://my.apination.com/apps/realgeek/kvcore

2. Choose a sync direction:
   
   

   1. Real Geeks to BoldTrail

   2. BoldTrail to Real Geeks

3. Click Activate on the sync you want to set up

Step 2: Connect BoldTrail (kvCORE)

1. Click Connect kvCORE

2. Log in to your BoldTrail account

3. Click Authorize

Step 3: Connect Real Geeks

1. Click Connect Real Geeks

2. Follow the prompted steps to log in to your Real Geeks account

Step 4: Configure Lead Router in Real Geeks

1. Go to https://leadrouter.realgeeks.com

2. Click Configure Destinations
   
   
   

3. Scroll to the API Nation section

4. Click Connect

5. Paste your API Nation Authorization Key

   1. Here's a guide about where to find the Authorization Key in API Nation

6. Select the user to assign leads to. Leave this space empty to follow your Real Geeks' Lead Assignment

7. Click Save

Step 5: Test the Connection

1. Return to API Nation

2. Click Test Connection

Configure Sync Settings

• Choose whether to sync all existing contacts or only new ones going forward

• Optionally filter BoldTrail contacts by type

• Optionally filter BoldTrail contacts by source

• Review field mapping before activating
