Yahoo and AOL have stricter security measures compared to other email providers like Microsoft and Google, making integration with Real Geeks require a few more steps.

Connect Yahoo! Email with Real Geeks

Due to Yahoo's advanced security settings, we need to take some additional steps to generate a custom password in Yahoo that allows you to connect your Yahoo email to the Real Geeks CRM.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Sign in to your Yahoo! Account Security page
2. Click Generate App Password
   
   
   
3. Enter Real Geeks as the App Name
4. Click Generate Password
   
   
   
5. Copy the password
6. Go back to the Real Geeks Email Integrations page
7. Click Setup Now and choose Other SMTP
   
   
8. Enter your Yahoo! email address
9. Paste your generated Yahoo app password
10. Click Save

Connect AOL Email with Real Geeks

Due to AOL's advanced security settings, we need to take some additional steps to generate a custom password in AOL that allows you to connect your AOL email to the Real Geeks CRM.
