Dashboard
The Dashboard provides an overview of your leads, live feed, upcoming and past follow-ups, and lead stats.
Under the “My Summary” section, there are two key lead categories:
- Valuation Seller Leads – Visible to all users.
- Potential Seller Leads – Only visible to Owners and Admins, as it includes all potential seller leads, whether assigned or unassigned.
Admin accounts have additional tabs that standard users don’t see, including:
- Users
- Unassigned Leads
- All My Leads
- Potential Seller Leads
Leads Tab
The Leads tab displays all assigned and unassigned leads.
Owners, Admins, and Team Leaders can:
- Assign or reassign leads
- Delete leads
- Download a CSV of leads
- Bulk reassign leads
- Send email drips or eBlasts
- Create new leads
These users can also grant agents and lenders permission to delete or export leads.
Important: If you create a lead manually through the Lead Manager, they will NOT receive a welcome email automatically. To send one, you can:
- Create an email template for the welcome email and send it manually.
- Sign them up directly through the website.
Communication Tabs
Tracks all email correspondence, including messages from the “Contact Us” form. All users have access.
Text
Shows all incoming and outgoing texts, including autoresponder messages. All users except lenders have access if the texting tool is enabled.
Calendar
Displays all past and future follow-ups created from a lead’s detail page. All users have access.
Users Tab
The Users tab allows Site Owners, Admins, and Team Leaders to manage users by editing permissions and logging into their accounts.
User Login Permissions:
- Site Owners – Can log into any account except other Admins.
- Admins – Can log into any account except the Site Owner and other Admins.
- Team Leaders – Can log into Agent, Lender, and other Team Leader accounts.
