What is Geek AI

Geek AI is your built-in virtual texting assistant, designed to help you stay engaged with more leads without sacrificing time. It automatically starts conversations with new leads, keeping them active and connected while you focus on the parts of your business that require your attention.

Inside your CRM, Geek AI goes by the name Robin. This automated assistant uses proven best practices and thousands of successful conversations to deliver the kind of follow-up that keeps your leads warm, engaged, and in communication with your brand.

How Geek AI Works

Geek AI is a responsive texting assistant that works seamlessly within your Real Geeks CRM. As soon as a new lead registers on your website, it begins the conversation automatically. Geek AI welcomes the lead, asks questions, and helps uncover buying or selling intent.

It’s designed to sound natural and helpful, keeping your leads engaged while you focus on other priorities. Geek AI can answer basic questions, check in with leads over time, and keep the conversation active until it’s time for you to step in.

When a lead asks something specific, requests property details, or signals they’re ready to take the next step, Geek AI triggers a notification so you can take over at the right time. This built-in handoff system ensures you never miss an opportunity to connect with someone who’s ready to talk.

You also have the option to manually pause Geek AI and continue the conversation yourself whenever it makes sense to do so.

Why Use Geek AI

Here’s the reality: most of the leads in your CRM won’t be ready to move for a while.

On average, online real estate leads take 6 to 24 months to convert. And before they’re ready to work with an agent, they typically need 8 to 12 follow-up touches.

That’s a big time investment for someone who might not transact for another year.

Geek AI takes that follow-up off your plate. It keeps your long-term leads engaged behind the scenes while you focus on conversations that are closer to the finish line. Whether your lead is cold, casual, or just browsing, Geek AI meets them where they are and makes sure you stay top of mind for when they’re ready.
