Stay up to date with the App's "Push Notification" feature. This will keep you up to date in real-time when a lead signs up through your website, sends you a message, or when it's time to follow up with your clients.
To update your push notification settings in the mobile app:
- Go to the App's dashboard page and press the gear icons in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select "Notifications".
- Place checkmarks next to each push notification you want to receive.
The changes made here will automatically save for you
"What is the difference between each notification type?"
The primary notification options pertain to leads that are assigned to you. For example, the "New lead" notification option will send you a push notification when a new lead is assigned to you.
Team Leaders and Admins also have access to "User" notifications. These notifications keep you up to date on activity throughout the entire company, not just leads that are assigned to you. Learn more about the notification types here.
