Steps to Save a Search for Leads
- Visit your CRM
- Click Leads > Leads List
- Select a lead
- Search your lead's name with the CRM search tool, or filter your leads to identify leads by category.
- Select Add Saved Search
- Click New Property Search
- Enter search details that match your lead's interests, then click Search
- Click Save Search
- Name the search, then choose your update email's Frequency
- Name will be seen by your client, so we recommend making this descriptive to make it easier to identify searches! Experts suggest adding the location name and price or beds/baths
- Example: 2+ Bed Homes in San Diego OR Homes in San Diego: $700k - $900k
- Click Save
Market Report
Regularly update leads on the state of the market. Displays the newest active listings, but can also include Under Contract and *Sold property data!
Compare property prices in one convenient location, or sort the listings to fit your client's needs.

Steps to Save a Market Report for Leads
- Visit your CRM
- Click Leads > Leads List
- Select a lead
- Search your lead's name with the CRM search tool, or filter your leads to identify leads by category.
- Select Add Market Report
- Click New Market Report
- Enter search details that match your lead's market, then click Go to Market Report
- Click Save Market Report & Get Monthly Updates
- Name the search in Report Name, then choose your update email's Frequency
- Report Name will be seen by your client, so we recommend making this descriptive to make it easier to identify searches! Experts suggest adding the location name and price or beds/baths
- Example: 2+ Bed Homes in San Diego OR Homes in San Diego: $700k - $900k
- Click Save Preferences

The Property Update emails are set up to deliver on a regular frequency.
- Daily Property Emails are sent Every Day
- Weekly Property Emails are sent Every Friday of the week
- Bi-Weekly Property Emails are sent on the 1st and 15th of The Month
- Monthly Property Emails are sent on the 1st of Every Month
The leads are updated on:
- New Active listings in the area
- Property price changes of the properties in their saved search area
- Properties moving to Under-contract
- Properties moving to Sold Listing
Create Super Saved Search
Before using your website's search tool to create a search for your client, click Create Super Saved Search to access your MLS board's "hidden" fields. This level of access can help you build hyper-specific searches that aren't typically accessible to your leads.
