(In order to track conversions for your Adwords account. You will need to click a “revert back to previous Adwords version” button on the top right of your Adwords account to use these goals)
Before you create your goals, you will need to make sure that you have created your site's analytics this way: (log into google.com/analytics)
scroll down and click "Next". You will then come to step 2. Click show advanced options.
Make sure to switch the toggle to the right and select "Create a Universal Analytics property only".
For step 3, it's up to you, but make sure you select the first and 2nd to the last checkbox.
After accepting the terms, you will come to your UA code. Add that to your site backend > "Site Settings" > and add it where it says "Google Analytics Key".
Now that you've added the UA code to your site, go back to your analytics and click the back arrow button.
Now you are ready to create your goals!
1. Click “Goals” in the far right column.
2. Click “New Goal”.
3. For the “Goal description”, add in “Sign Up Form Displayed” for the “Name”. Then select “Destination” for the “Type”. Click “Continue”.
4. For the “Goal details”, add in “/goals/sign_up_form_displayed/”. Click “Save”.
Congratulations! You just created your first goal!
5. Repeat process for next goal.

Sign Up Form Displayed: /goals/sign_up_form_displayed/ (This is the goal we just used)
Sign Up Form Submitted: /goals/sign_up_form_submitted/
Contact Form Submitted: /goals/contact_form_submitted/
Seller Lead Form Displayed: /goals/seller_lead_sign_up_form_displayed/
Seller Lead Form Submitted: /goals/seller_lead_sign_up_form_submitted/
