Facebook Ad Account Permissions can be updated at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/ads/manager/account/settings. Once in the Ads Dashboard of the Facebook Marketing Tool, confirm that you are in the correct Ads Account by looking at the account selected in the Top Navigation Bar. To change to the correct Ads Account, you can click on the Account and a dropdown menu of the Ads Accounts that you administer will appear.

Facebook Business Page: Create one page per business. Add Admin Permissions through Facebook to anyone else within the business who will be adding content to or creating ads for the business through Facebook. Once in the Ads Dashboard of the Facebook Marketing Tool, confirm that you are posting to the correct Business Page by looking at the page selected in the Top Navigation Bar.
