Forced Registration: Assign Leads to Specific Agents

Make sure every lead goes to the right agent using landing pages, Facebook ads, or custom links with an Agent ID.

Sometimes you want to send leads straight to a specific agent — whether it’s for personal marketing, a team ad, or to make sure an agent gets credit for their own traffic.

Real Geeks gives you three simple ways to do that:

This article includes the following sections:

Agent Landing Pages

What they are
Agent Landing Pages are special pages created for each agent on your Real Geeks website. Any leads who register through that page are automatically assigned to that agent.

Why it matters
Each agent gets full credit for their own marketing and traffic, without worrying about round-robin or shared routing rules.

How to use it

  • Each agent’s landing page can be promoted anywhere: social media, email, or print marketing.

  • Leads that register through that page go directly to the assigned agent’s CRM account.

💡 Pro Tip

Add each agent’s landing page link to their email signature and social profiles so every contact they attract is tracked to them.

For step-by-step instructions to build these pages, see our Building Agent Landing Pages guide.

2. Facebook Ads Tool

The Real Geeks Facebook Ads Tool lets you send Facebook and Instagram ad leads directly to the right agent.

How it works

  1. Log in to the Real Geeks Facebook Ads Tool.

  2. Start a new ad.

  3. In the Assign Leads To dropdown, select the agent.

  4. Finish setting up your ad and launch it.

All leads from that ad will automatically be routed to the chosen agent — no manual assignment required.

Permissions note
Only site owners and admins have access to this feature by default. Admins can grant additional permissions from accounts.realgeeks.com.

💡 Pro Tip

If you manage multiple agents’ ads, organize them by agent name so reporting stays clean.

For full details, see our Facebook Ads Setup Guide.

3. Assign Leads Using a Custom Link

Sometimes you want to make sure a lead goes straight to a specific agent — for example, if they’re running their own ad, posting a listing, or sharing your website link with their contacts.

You can do this by adding that agent’s unique Agent ID to any Real Geeks link.

Step 1: Find the Agent’s ID

Each agent in your CRM has a unique 5-digit ID.

  1. Go to leads.realgeeks.com/users.

  2. Click the agent’s name.

  3. Look at the browser’s address bar — the 5-digit number at the end is the Agent ID

Step 2: Add the Agent ID to a Link

At the end of any Real Geeks website link, add your Agent ID using one of these formats:

Type of Page What to Add Example URL
Most pages (property, search, content, blog, etc.) ?agent_id=XXXXX https://www.easypropertysearch.org/property/12345678/?agent_id=135987
Home Valuation / EstateIQ ?agentid=XXXXX (no underscore) https://www.easypropertysearch.org/cma/property-valuation?agentid=135987

Please Note

Home Valuation links are the only ones that use agentid without the underscore. All other pages require agent_id

Step 3: Share the Link

Once your Agent ID is added, share the link anywhere:

  • Social media posts

  • Email campaigns

  • Text messages

  • Property flyers

Anyone who registers through that link will automatically be assigned to that agent in your CRM.
