Assign Leads to Specific Agents
Sometimes you want to send leads straight to a specific agent. This could be to help your team market themselves and drive business to the website, but don't want the lead to go to someone else. With the Real Geeks system, there are a few methods of accomplishing this so you keep you and your team happy and streamlined.
There are three specific methods for accomplishing this with Real Geeks.
Table of Contents
- Agent Landing Pages: Special pages just for each agent
- Facebook Ads Tool: Assign leads from Facebook ads right to an agent
- Using an Agent ID: Add a code to any link to choose which agent gets the lead
Promote their Personal Agent Landing Page
Agent Landing Pages are special web pages you set up for each agent on your Real Geeks website. When someone signs up through an agent’s landing page, that lead is sent straight to that agent. There’s no confusion—the lead won’t go to anyone else.
This means agents get credit for every lead they attract, without worrying about normal lead assignment rules. These pages are great for agents who want to run their own marketing and make sure they handle the leads they earn.
Advertising with the Real Geeks Facebook Tool
The Real Geeks Facebook Ads Tool makes it simple to send leads from your ads straight to the right agent. When you create a Facebook ad using this tool, you can pick which agent should receive the leads.
All leads that come through that ad will automatically be assigned to the agent you select—no need for extra steps or manual work.
How it works:
- Start a new Facebook ad in the Real Geeks Facebook Ads Tool.
- Choose the agent you want to assign leads to from the dropdown menu.
- Finish setting up your ad and launch it.

Attach Your CRM Agent ID to Any Links You Share
Attaching an Agent ID to a Real Geeks link ensures a specific agent receives the lead generated from that link. To implement this, add ?agentid=xxxxx
to the end of any Real Geeks URL, replacing xxxxx
with the agent’s unique ID.
For example, with a property link like:
www.easypropertysearch.org/property/12345678/
and an agent ID of 78162, the URL becomes:
www.easypropertysearch.org/property/12345678/?agentid=78162
This approach requires you to manually include the agent’s ID at the end of any property, search, or landing page link before sharing it or using it in your marketing materials.
The Agent IDs are unique five-digit identifiers assigned to each agent. Only site owners or administrators have permission to view Agent IDs.
If you need your Agent ID, reach out to your site owner or admin. They can locate it by visiting www.leads.realgeeks.com/users, clicking on the agent’s name, and referencing the 5-digit number in the page URL.

Here are sample use cases for Agent ID links:
- Property page: www.easypropertysearch.org/property/12345678/
?agentid=135987
- Search results: www.easypropertysearch.org/search/results/?island=Oahu
&agentid=135987
- Home valuation tool: www.easypropertysearch.org/cma/property-valuation/
?agentid=135987
Whenever a prospect completes a registration or lead form through a custom link containing this Agent ID, that lead is routed directly to the designated agent, eliminating confusion and ensuring efficient lead assignment.
