Completely Off & Custom Tiers
Completely Off
My Notifications - By selecting the "Completely Off" tier for My Notifications, the CRM user will not be notified of any CRM activity for the leads and follow-ups assigned to them.
Admin Notifications - Selecting the "Completely Off" tier for Admin Notifications means the CRM user will not be notified of any CRM activity performed by or assigned to other CRM users.
Custom
With the "Custom" tier selected for My Notifications or Admin Notifications, you are able to pick the notifications you want the user to receive. To learn more about all of the available Notification Types, click here.
