How to Cancel My Account or Subscription

We’re sorry to hear that you are thinking about cancelling your Real Geeks account. We’d love to understand why, and if there is anything we can do to change your mind. Our team is here to help and happy to provide extra training to make sure you get the most value from your Real Geeks platform.

You may cancel your Real Geeks subscription by submitting a ticket with our Support team, emailing support@realgeeks.com, or calling

Real Geeks subscriptions have an initial 12 or 6 month term, as indicated in your order confirmation email (“Initial Term”). Subscriptions will automatically renew for subsequent month-to-month terms (“Renewal Term(s)”), at prevailing rates in effect at the time and located at realgeeks.com/real-geeks-pricing, until cancelled by you.

If you cancel early/during your initial term and need to break your contract, you will be subject to a contract buyout fee equal to two full monthly payments or the remaining fees due through the completion of the initial term. Cancellation of any renewal term(s) shall be effective at the end of the then current renewal term.
