What is the Real Geeks cancellation and renewal policy?

Real Geeks subscriptions have an initial term as indicated in your order confirmation email (“Initial Term”). Subscriptions will automatically renew for subsequent month-to-month terms (“Renewal Term(s)”), at prevailing rates in effect at the time and located at realgeeks.com/real-geeks-pricing, until cancelled by you.

If you cancel early/during your initial term and need to break your contract, you will be subject to a contract buyout fee equal to two full monthly payments or or the remaining fees due through the completion of the initial term. Please contact our Support team for details on the applicable fee.

Renewal term cancellation: Cancellation of any renewal term(s) is effective at the end of the then-current renewal term.
