How to Navigate the Real Geeks Lead Manager

Working Your Leads

Your CRM is where you can see who’s in your contact list, watch what they’re doing on your website, and start conversations to build relationships with them.

  • Dashboard: This is your home base for lead follow-up. Check it daily for new activity, overdue tasks, and lead updates. You can track your own progress in Agent Stats.
  • Leads List: See all of your leads in one place. You can filter, sort, and save groups of contacts (like “new buyers” or “active sellers”) so you always know who to follow up with.
  • Lead Profile: Click a lead’s name to open their profile. This is where you’ll work directly with that contact—see the homes they’ve viewed, your message history, and other details that help you follow up efficiently.

Bookmark your Dashboard and Leads List pages and open them regularly throughout your day. They’re your most important tools for managing leads.

  • Email Inbox: Send and read emails.
  • Message Templates: Create message templates to reuse emails, texts, or chats for quick follow-ups.

  • Video Library: Upload videos to send personal video messages to your contacts.
  • Postcard Tool: Create and send physical postcards to your contacts.
