With this approach, you split marketing costs with a trusted party such as a partner, broker, or lender, cutting expenses by 50% and instantly increasing your return on investment (ROI).

But don't just take our word for it – hear Bryan Yaninek of Guaranteed Rate Colorado Springs explain how his Co-Marketing partnership helps keep marketing costs manageable :

Sounds amazing! How do I set this up?

It’s simple! Email your co-marketer’s information to billing@realgeeks.com . We need their name, email address, phone number, and the Real Geeks website you and your co-marketer will be splitting the costs on. We will create an account for your co-marketer so they can add their payment information.

Note: you will continue to be billed the full amount until your lender adds their credit card information to their account at accounts.realgeeks.com and we are able to complete the split billing setup. For the security of your financial information, we are unable to take credit card info over the phone.

Can I do a split other than 50/50?

At this time, we only offer a 50/50 split of the entire bill, including all services and add-ons.

What if own multiple platforms?

We can support split billing for each platform, meaning you can split the bill one one platform and not the other. This means you can have a different co-marketer for each platform if you own more than one!

What if I want to set up co-marketing with more than one person?

The entire bill can only be split 50/50 between two parties.

What happens if my co-marketer stops paying, asks for their card to be removed, or their credit card fails?

The platform owner is ultimately responsible for the entire payment for all software and services. In the event the co-marketer’s credit card fails, we will attempt to collect payment for 30 days. After 30 days, the remainder of the bill will be charged to your card on file. If your co-marketer asks for their credit card to be removed, we will comply with their request and notify you (the site owner) of the change. You will be billed for the full platform amount on your next billing cycle.

What access does my co-marketer get to my website and CRM?

The site owner maintains full control of platform access. If you would like to give access to your co-marketer, add them as a user in your CRM at leads.realgeeks.com. You can choose their level of access and permissions. You can also give them access to edit your site. If you have any issues, reach out to support@realgeeks.com and we can help you set up new users and adjust permissions.

My lender has agreed to do co-marketing with me, but they require vendor approval. What do I do?

Send the paperwork to billing@realgeeks.com and we’ll get the vendor approval process started. The timeline for getting vendor approval varies quite a lot by lender, and make take up to a few weeks. You will be responsible for payment for all Real Geeks services you are subscribed to until we are able to set up the split billing.
