  • Legal business name
  • Registered business address
  • Business type (LLC, sole proprietor, corporation, etc.)
  • Employer Identification Number (EIN) for U.S. businesses
  • Business Number (BN9) for Canadian businesses
  • Main business phone number

💡 Pro Tip: Double-check your details before submitting. The information must match your official business records exactly to avoid delays.

If you’re a sole proprietor

You may not have an EIN or BN9, so simply enter “N/A” in those fields.
