Connect LionDesk to Your Real Geeks CRM
This connection routes leads from your Real Geeks website, and any third-party lead sources you’ve already set up in your Real Geeks CRM, directly into LionDesk.
Leads will still appear in your Real Geeks CRM. Any edits to a lead’s contact information, or new activity such as saved searches, favorites, and messages, are automatically sent to LionDesk to keep both systems up to date.
In LionDesk, your Real Geeks lead details appear as:

Contact: Name, email, and phone number

Contact Activity Timeline → Website Activity: Searches performed, saved searches, favorite properties, and sent messages

Setup Prerequisites
Before connecting, you’ll need your LionDesk API key.
Find your API key:

Go to liondesk.com.
-
Click Settings.
-
Select 3rd Party Integrations.

Find Real Geeks under 3rd Party API Keys.
-
Click Enable, then Copy the key generated.
Connect Real Geeks to LionDesk
Once you have your API key from LionDesk:

Visit leadrouter.realgeeks.com.
-
Click Configure Destinations, then select your site.

Under LionDesk, click Connect.

Paste your LionDesk API key.

Make sure Active is checked, then click Save.
Your Real Geeks website is now connected to LionDesk.
💡 Pro Tip: Leads will still appear in your Real Geeks CRM—any edits or new activity will automatically sync to LionDesk.
How the Connection Works

Lead routing: Sends leads from your Real Geeks website and any third-party sources you’ve set up to LionDesk.

Contact details: Name, email, and phone appear as a Contact in LionDesk.

Activity tracking: Searches, saved searches, favorites, and messages appear under Contact Activity Timeline → Website Activity.
Add Existing Real Geeks Leads to LionDesk
New leads flow automatically.
To include your existing database:

Follow our guide to export leads from your Lead Manager.

Then follow LionDesk’s steps to import contacts.
Using Real Geeks and LionDesk Together
You can use either system to round-robin new leads.

The LionDesk API currently doesn’t track lead activity if leads are round-robined in Real Geeks.

For full tracking, set round robin in LionDesk.
If you prefer to manage assignments in Real Geeks, here’s how:
Step 1: Enable Round Robin in Real Geeks

Go to leads.realgeeks.com.
-
Click the Settings tab → Lead Assignment.

Under Agent Round Robins, choose Property Search.

From the Type dropdown, select Round Robin.
-
Set all agents using the LionDesk API to Available.
-
Repeat for Property Valuation and Third-Party Sources tabs.
Step 2: Add Each Agent’s API Key in Lead Router

Go to leadrouter.realgeeks.com.
-
Site owner selects the website to enable.

Each agent provides their LionDesk API key to the site owner.

Site owner creates a new destination per agent:

API Key: Agent’s LionDesk key

User: Select agent from dropdown
-
Should leads wait to be assigned before sending? → Yes, wait for assignment

Check Active, then Save
