You can also manage Follow-Ups inside a lead’s profile from the Follow-Ups tab.

All Follow-Ups sync between mobile and desktop automatically.
How to Create and Manage Follow-Ups
To create or edit a Follow-Up in the CRM Mobile App:

Open the CRM App

Select the contact you want to update

Select the Action Menu

Select Follow Up

This allows you to immediately set your next step after any interaction, helping you stay consistent with your outreach.
Tip: Keep only one active Follow-Up per lead so your next action is always clear.
How to Add Notes to Leads
Notes allow you to capture important details from conversations and interactions with your leads.
When you call a lead through the CRM Mobile App, you’ll be prompted to add notes after the call. This makes it easy to log details while the conversation is still fresh.
To add a note manually:
