Follow-Ups track your next step for each lead so nothing gets missed. They appear on the dashboard as soon as you open the app.

  • Past Due

You can also manage Follow-Ups inside a lead’s profile from the Follow-Ups tab.

To create or edit a Follow-Up in the CRM Mobile App:

  1. Open the CRM App

  4. Select Follow Up
