You should have received a personalized onboarding dashboard link in your welcome email. This dashboard is your home base for getting started with Real Geeks, including guided steps, training resources, and links specific to your account.

If you’re seeing this page instead: your dashboard link didn’t load as expected.

Because every onboarding dashboard is created specifically for a new agent’s account, the issue  usually means there was a temporary error or a setup step that still needs to be completed. The good news is that this is easy to fix!
