Owner/Admin logging into an agent's account

Real Geeks CRM offers account Owners and Administrators the ability to log in under a new agent’s account. This feature is designed to help account managers support new agents by ensuring they are properly set up and using the system effectively. Here’s how it works and what you need to know:

How to Log in As a User

  1. Navigate to the Users tab.
  2. Locate the desired user account and click Login as User to view the system as that user.

To return to your own account:

  1. Click the website dropdown menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Select your account’s domain name from the dropdown menu to switch back to your profile.

 

Please Note


Why Owners Can’t Log In Under Administrators (and Vice Versa):

Owners and Administrators share equivalent permission levels. Since there’s no difference in access between these two roles, logging in under each other would be redundant.

Always exercise caution when accessing another user’s account. Document your activity if needed to maintain transparency and accountability.
