June 2025 Pricing Updates

Real Geeks pricing will be updated on June 1, 2025.

We’re doing this to make sure we can keep improving our products, keep maintaining top security and performance standards, and keep delivering US-based support. Although our costs increase each year, this is our first price increase in three years.

We are also phasing out some legacy pricing plans.

Pricing for new and upgrading clients, effective June 1, 2025

Number of included users with Grow and Conquer packages, effective June 1, 2025

The number of users included with our Grow and Conquer packages is increasing:

  • Establish: 2 users included (no change)
  • Grow: 3 users included (was 2 – a $25 / month value)
  • Expand: 5 users included (no change)
  • Conquer: 15 users included (was 10 – a $50 / month value)

Additional users still cost:

  • $25 for users 3 – 10
  • $10 for users 11 – 40
  • $5 for users 41 – 100
  • $1 for users 101+

Pricing for existing clients on our Establish, Grow, Expand or Conquer packages

For clients who subscribed or upgraded between January 1, 2024 and April 30, 2025, monthly subscription pricing will increase as follows, effective on June 1, 2025 or the first invoice following the end of your commitment period: 

  • Establish package: +$50 / month
  • Grow package: +$80 / month
  • Expand and Conquer packages: +$150 / month

In appreciation for your loyalty, these prices are discounted against our new rate card.

Existing clients also benefit from the increase in the number of included users (see above).

Legacy pricing plans being phased out

We are phasing out legacy pricing plans as we modernize and simplify our billing system. This will have no impact on the features and functionality included with the products you subscribe to.

Legacy pricing plans that are being gradually phased out: 

  • Large team
  • Platform, standard
  • Platform, tiered users

Legacy and standard pricing plans

If you have a legacy “large team”, “platform, split” or “platform standard” pricing plan and do not subscribe to our legacy Real Leads lead generation product: your subscription will be migrated to our Establish package at a discounted rate of $349 / month, effective June 1, 2025. Additional users for our Establish package cost: 

  • 2 users included
  • $25 for users 3 – 10
  • $10 for users 11 – 40
  • $5 for users 41 – 100
  • $1 for users 101+

Tiered user and unlimited pricing plans

If you have a legacy “tiered user” pricing plan and do not subscribe to our legacy Real Leads lead generation product: your subscription will be migrated to our legacy “unlimited user” plan, effective June 1, 2025.

The legacy “unlimited user” pricing plan will increase to $399 / month with unlimited users, effective June 1, 2025.

Until June 30, 2025, clients with a “tiered user” or “unlimited user” pricing plan can switch to our new Establish package, which offers the same product features and functionality you enjoy today, with the following per-user pricing: 

  • 2 users included
  • $25 for users 3 – 10
  • $10 for users 11 – 40
  • $5 for users 41 – 100
  • $1 for users 101+

Legacy Real Leads 

If you subscribe to our legacy “Real Leads” product, your subscription will increase by a total of $150 / month ($50 towards the platform, $100 toward ad management fees). Until June 30, 2025, you can switch to our new lead gen packages at a discounted rate for loyal clients: 

  • Expand: $1,149 / month
  • Conquer: $1,749 / month
  • One simple all inclusive price
  • Guaranteed leads

Legacy annual pricing

If you are on our legacy annual, pre-pay pricing: your subscription will increase by $600 / year ($50 / month) upon your next invoice after June 1, 2025.
