The Design & Print Studio, part of the Real Geeks Marketing Studio, gives you a centralized place to create professional marketing materials that help you attract new leads, nurture your database, and stay visible in your market. From print mailers to digital assets, you can quickly design, customize, and deliver resources that support your follow-up and branding efforts.

Need to Know

  • Create and customize marketing materials directly from your CRM

  • You can send printed materials to yourself for in-person distribution, or mail them directly to contacts in your CRM or targeted Farm areas to increase brand visibility and interest.

  • Payment is billed separately from your Real Geeks subscription, giving users more control over print costs.
  • Pay separately for print and mailing services (not included in subscription)

  • Most print orders are produced and shipped within approximately 3 business days

How to Access the Design & Print Studio

To access the Design & Print Studio from your CRM:

This will open the Design & Print Studio where you can browse, customize, and order materials.

Some categories include the option to create automated marketing campaigns.

Automated campaigns allow you to schedule marketing materials to be delivered on a recurring basis (such as monthly), helping you stay consistently in front of your audience without manual effort.

  • $22.92 per recipient (for 50–99 recipients)

    • Example: $22.92 x 50 = $1,146.00 for the full year (postage not included)

Postcard Campaign (4 mailers/year):

  • $4.48 per recipient (for 50–99 recipients)

    • Example: $4.48 x 50 = $224.00 for the full year (postage not included)

Postcard Campaign (6 mailers/year):

Saved Designs & Mailing Lists

The Design & Print Studio allows you to save both your designs and your mailing audiences so you can easily reuse them in the future.

  • Save your designs before completing checkout

  • Access them later from your profile to quickly reuse or update for a new audience

To access saved designs:

  1. Click your profile in the Design & Print Studio

  2. Select Saved Designs

Saved Mailing Lists

  • Save your selected audiences or geographic farming areas

  • Reuse the same lists for future campaigns without rebuilding them

Using saved designs and lists makes it easier to stay consistent and quickly launch new campaigns to the same audiences.

How to Customize Resources

Each marketing asset can be customized to reflect your personal brand and messaging.

Follow this general workflow to create and customize your marketing materials:

  1. Choose a marketing product (postcards, flyers, social media, etc.)

  2. Browse the available templates or search for a specific style for that product

  3. Click a template to open the drag-and-drop editor

  4. Customize your design

    • Use the MLS Number Lookup to pull in your Listing Photos and Property Details automatically

    • Use the Teams menu to build the branding layout to advertise a single agent, two agents, or a team promoting your listing (This may not be available for all resources)

    • Use the Color menu to customize the color of your resource

  5. Preview your design, then order prints, establish direct  mail or download a digital file

  • Keep messaging clear and focused on value to the recipient

  • Use consistent branding across all materials

  • Include a clear call-to-action (call, visit website, request info)

  • Keep designs clean and easy to read

Add a Payment Method

Before placing an order, you’ll need to add a payment method inside the Design & Print Studio.

To add a payment method:

  1. In the Design & Print tool, click on your Profile Icon

  2. Click Payment Methods

  4. Click Add New Card

Once your payment method is saved, you can complete checkout for print or direct mail orders.
