Overview
A Property Landing Page is a standalone webpage designed to highlight a single listing. It features the property’s photos, details, and a sign-up form that appears before the full listing can be viewed.
This registration requirement is actually a benefit—it helps you capture a lead’s contact information right away. Instead of waiting for a visitor to browse your site and choose to register later, the landing page ensures they fill out the form before seeing the full property. This increases your chances of converting interested visitors into leads.
These pages are especially effective when sharing a listing through email, social media, or paid ads. They’re easy to set up and give you full control over how the listing is presented. You can even assign leads from the landing page to a specific agent, which is helpful for team-based marketing or agent-specific listings.
How to Create a Property Landing Page
To create a Property Landing Page, use this format for your link:
www.yourwebsite.com/property/MLSNUMBER/?view
- Replace yourwebsite.com with your actual domain.
- Replace MLSNUMBER with the MLS number of the property you want to feature.
This link will create a dedicated page for that specific property, including images, listing details, and a sign-up form to capture lead information.
Configuring the Property Landing Page
You can update the branding on your Property Landing Page sign-up form to include your logo and contact details.
To customize the branding:
- Go to your Website Editor by adding /admin to the end of your website URL (for example: www.yourwebsite.com/admin)
- Click Email & Sign Up Forms
- Select Property Landing Sign Up Form Branding
This helps create a professional and consistent experience for leads who visit the page, increasing trust and brand recognition.
Assigning Leads to a Specific Agent
You can override your default lead assignment rules and send leads from a Property Landing Page directly to a specific agent in your CRM.
To do this, add the agent’s ID to the end of the URL in this format:
Add this to the end of your :
/property/MLSNUMBER/?view&agent_id=USERID
- Replace MLSNUMBER with the MLS number of the property you want to feature.
- Replace USERID with the agent’s CRM user ID number.
How to Find Your CRM User ID:
- Access your CRM Users Page
- Click the agent’s name
- Copy the 5–6 digit number at the URL's end
This option is useful if you want the leads from a specific listing to go directly to the listing agent or to someone managing a particular group of leads.
