Are Real Geeks Websites ADA Compliant?
There is no single feature, certification, or test that guarantees a website is “ADA compliant.”
Real Geeks designs its website platform with the goal of aligning with recognized web accessibility guidelines, such as WCAG. We do not represent or guarantee that any website is fully compliant with WCAG, ADA, or other accessibility laws or standards.
WCAG provides guidelines for how website content and features should be presented and work in a browser. As of the date identified above, the ADA does not include a specific technical standard for private business websites, though courts and regulators have referenced WCAG in various accessibility matters. Organizations often use WCAG as a recognized framework for evaluating and improving website accessibility.
Keep Your Website Content Accessible
Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. Images, videos, documents, custom code, third-party tools, and other content you add may affect your website.
When adding or updating content:
- Add useful alternative text to meaningful images.
- Add accurate captions to videos.
- Use clear headings and link text.
- Make sure text is easy to read against its background.
- Review important pages using both automated and manual checks.
Automated checkers and overlay widgets may help identify or address some issues, but they cannot guarantee complete accessibility or legal compliance.
You are responsible for reviewing the content you add and determining which accessibility requirements apply to your business. Speak with a qualified attorney for legal guidance.
Please Note
If you or a third party modifies your website, including:

Eligibility depends on your business and the expense. Real Geeks cannot provide tax advice or determine whether an expense qualifies. Speak with a qualified tax professional before purchasing a service or claiming the credit.
