Data Synced from Real Geeks to Realvolve

New leads and updates to existing leads in Real Geeks are automatically sent to Realvolve, ensuring your contact details stay current.

The following lead fields from Real Geeks are transferred to Realvolve:

First Name → First Name

Last Name → Last Name

Email → Home Email

Phone → Home Phone

Important Notes → Notes & Correspondence (under “Radar”)

Activity of Type Note → Notes & Correspondence (under “Radar”)

Prerequisites

In order to set up your Real Geeks/Realvolve integration, you'll need the following:

Realvolve Utility API Key

How to Find your Utility API Key in Realvolve:

1. Click on “Settings” in the upper right corner of your Realvolve dashboard
2. Navigate to the “Integrations” section
3. Scroll down to find your Utility API Key

How to Connect Realvolve to Real Geeks

Follow these steps to set up the integration:

1. Visit Real Geeks Lead Router
2. Click “Configure Destinations”
   
   
   
3. Find “Realvolve” in the list and click “Connect”
   
   
   
4. Enter your Utility API Key 
5. Click Save

You can choose to assign the integration to a specific user, such as an agent or lender. Only leads assigned to that user will be sent to Realvolve.

You can also connect Realvolve multiple times using different users if needed.

Importing Existing Leads into Realvolve

Since only new leads sync automatically after connecting Realvolve, you must manually import existing leads. Follow these steps:

1. Export your leads from Real Geeks
   • Follow Real Geeks’ guide on exporting a CSV file
2. Import the CSV file into Realvolve
   • Follow Realvolve’s instructions on importing contacts

Once the import is complete, all your existing leads will be available in Realvolve.
