How Leads Access the App

It is important that leads access the MoveTo app through you.

Important


Leads must not search for or download "MoveTo" directly from the App Store or Google Play.

The MoveTo app is a shared platform used by all Real Geeks clients. If a lead downloads it without using your personalized website link or invitation, they will NOT be exclusively connected to your website and CRM.

  1. Go to your website backend by adding /admin to your domain

  2. Click Site Settings

  3. Select the Mobile App tab

  4. Toggle the Show App Banner setting on or off

  5. Click Save

When enabled, mobile users who visit your website will see a download banner. Installing the app from this banner ensures the lead is connected exclusively to your website.

Send a Direct Invitation

On the CRM Email Template page, you can create a message that includes a personalized merge field so each lead receives their own unique download link.

To make this easy, we’ve already created a template for you:
  1. Go to the CRM Email Template page

  2. Click Create From Library

  3. Select Mobile App (MoveTo) Invitation.

  4. Click Add & Edit to update the message

    1. Click Add to use the message as-is
