Recap
The May edition of Ask Us Anything brought exciting updates from the Real Geeks product team along with tactical advice on lead organization, conversion, and long-term nurturing strategies. As always, this session was all about hands-on usage of the Real Geeks CRM and Website platform—not real estate coaching—with the goal of helping users fully leverage their tools to grow and manage their business more effectively.
This month, attendees got a first look at one of the most anticipated new features coming to the CRM, and received a deep dive into workflows, lead tagging, and contact strategies for fake or unresponsive leads.
Key Highlights from the Session:
Automated Workflow Upgrades
The Real Geeks workflows system now includes powerful automations like tagging leads, updating lead status, and soon, the ability to chain one workflow into another. These enhancements are designed to help agents better automate and scale their follow-up without sacrificing personalization.
Lead Feed Sneak Peek
The product team previewed a major new CRM feature coming May 28: the Lead Feed. This dynamic dashboard surfaces your highest-potential leads—like newly registered, actively engaged, or waiting-on-response contacts—so agents can prioritize outreach without digging through their entire CRM.
Fake Leads, Real Opportunities
Don’t delete those "Mickey Mouse" leads just yet. The team shared why even “bad” contact info can turn into real deals later—and how tags, filters, and workflow automation can help agents manage fake or unresponsive leads while keeping their database clean and searchable.
Best Practices for Lead Follow-Up
Consistency remains the key. The team walked through the “8 to 12 contact attempts” rule, shared customizable workflows for follow-up, and showed how to blend text, email, and tasks to build relationships over time—even if the lead never answers a call.
Actionable CRM Tips
From bulk tagging and smart filters to contact urgency settings and e-blasts, the team showcased simple ways to get organized, stay top of mind, and maintain consistent communication using the Real Geeks CRM.
