Communicate With Leads Through the CRM Mobile App

Staying connected to your leads is critical to conversion. The Real Geeks CRM Mobile App allows you to communicate, track activity, and manage follow-up directly from your phone. Whether you're between appointments or at a showing, you can keep conversations moving and ensure no lead slips through the cracks.

Download the Mobile app through the Apple App Store and the Android Google Play Store.

Need to Know

  • The CRM Mobile App allows you to call, text, and email leads directly from your device

  • Access a complete history of all communication activity logged in the lead’s profile

  • Text and Email Templates must be created in the desktop CRM before using them in the app

  • You can send property details directly through text or email conversations

  • The Login as User feature lets you manage saved searches and Market Reports for a lead

Access Communication Tools

The Action Menu inside the CRM Mobile App gives you fast access to all communication tools in one place.

To contact a lead:

  1. Open the CRM Mobile App

  2. Tap Leads

  3. Select a lead

  4. Tap the green Action Menu icon in the bottom-right corner

From the Action Menu, you can:

  • Call the lead

  • Send a text message

  • Send an email

  • Add a note

  • Log an activity

  • Create a Follow-Up

  • Use Login as User

Calls placed through the app use your phone’s native dialer and your personal phone number. This helps you build familiarity and makes it easy for leads to return your call.

Best Practice:

  • After every call attempt, you'll be automatically prompted to log the call details and set your next Follow-Up so nothing falls through the cracks

Use Text and Email Templates

Templates help you respond quickly while keeping your messaging consistent and professional.

To send an email template:

  1. Open the lead’s profile

  2. Select the Action menu

  4. Select the Templates icon

  5. Choose your pre-created template

  6. Tap Send

To send a Text template:

  1. Open the lead’s profile

  2. Select the Action menu

  4. Select the + icon

  5. Select Templates

  6. Choose your pre-created template

  7. Tap Send

You can also write a message manually whenever a personalized response is needed.

Important:

Templates must be created in the desktop CRM before they appear in the mobile app.

Send a Property in a Text or Email

When a lead shows interest in a home, fast follow-up increases engagement. You can send property details directly within a conversation.

To send a property via text:

  1. Open the lead’s profile

  2. Select the Action Menu

  4. Tap the + icon

  5. Select Property

  6. Enter the property address

  7. Tap on the property you want to send

  8. Send

To send a property via email:

  1. Open the lead’s profile

  2. Select the Action Menu

  5. Enter the property address

  6. Tap on the property you want to send

  7. Send

This keeps the lead focused on listings that match their criteria and drives them back to your Real Geeks website.
