Keep your leads engaged with Saved Searches and Market Reports, two powerful tools that deliver real-time updates about property changes directly to your clients’ inboxes. These automated emails notify leads of price changes, new listings, and market activity, encouraging them to return to your website and build stronger connections over time.

 


Saved Searches

Send daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly emails with the latest property updates based on your clients’ preferences. You can create multiple searches to tailor communications to individual leads, keeping your website at the forefront of their minds.

How to Save a Search:

1.Go to the Leads List page.

2.Select a lead.

3.On the right, click Saved Searches.

4.Click +Add, and use the Advanced Search tool to build the search.

5.Click Search.

6.At the top of the results page, click Save Search.

Market Reports

Market Reports provide an overview of local market activity, perfect for staying in touch with seller leads or keeping past clients informed. These reports highlight market trends, keeping you top of mind for future transactions.

How to Save a Market Report:

1.Go to the Leads List page.

2.Select a lead.

3.On the right, click Market Reports.

4.Click +Add, and use the Market Report tool to customize the report.

5.Click Go to Market Report.

6.At the top of the page, click Save Market Report & Get Monthly Updates.

Super Saved Searches

Super Saved Searches allow you to create hyper-specific search criteria, ensuring even your most selective leads are satisfied.

How to Create a Super Saved Search:

1.Go to the Leads List page and select a lead.

2.On the right, click Saved Searches.

3.Click Create Super Saved Search at the top of the profile page.

4.Define criteria like location, price, and property type.

5.Organize the results using the Sort By feature.

6.Click Create Search, confirm the details, and click Yes to finalize.

Avoiding Spam Filters

To ensure your emails reach your clients:

  • Confirm with leads that their search matches their needs and remind them to watch for updates.
  • Regularly review and adjust saved searches for relevance.
  • Leverage the Email Sunsetting feature, which reduces email frequency for inactive leads to maintain your email reputation.

Email Sunsetting

At Real Geeks, we aim to keep your leads engaged through their inboxes. To achieve this, we've introduced the Email Sunsetting feature, which reduces the frequency of your emails when your leads don't open them for a while. 

Example


If a lead on a Daily frequency doesn't open 14 consecutive emails, then they will be moved to the Weekly frequency. 

This is a protective measure to ensure that your email reputation remains intact while increasing the chances of more of your emails being seen by your leads.

Leads can be set back to their original frequency when the lead interacts with any of the emails that are sent. You can also manually adjust their frequencies at any time by clicking "Log in as user" located at the top of your lead's profile page.
