Connect Your Transaction Manager to Real Geeks

Keep your deals organized by connecting Dotloop or other transaction tools directly to your Real Geeks CRM.

Once your leads move from under contract to closed, keeping your paperwork and details organized becomes key.

Real Geeks connects directly with Dotloop, a popular transaction management platform that lets you manage contracts, signatures, and deal stages in one place.

You can also set up custom connections using Zapier or API Nation to sync other systems.

Connect Dotloop to Real Geeks

Setting up Dotloop takes just a few minutes:

  1. Go to leads.realgeeks.com/settings/third_party_integration
  2. Next to Dotloop, click Set Up
  3. Log in to your Dotloop account and authorize Real Geeks
  4. Once connected, you can manually send leads from your Lead Manager into Dotloop

📝 Note: Dotloop is a manual connection integration. This means that leads are not automatically synced between systems. You choose which leads to send, and updates don’t transfer between Real Geeks and Dotloop.

Custom Connections (Zapier & API Nation)

If you use another transaction manager (like Skyslope, Brokermint, or Paperless Pipeline), you can still connect it through Zapier or API Nation with no coding required.

With these tools, you can:

  • Send new Real Geeks leads to your transaction app
  • Update spreadsheets or checklists in Google Sheets
  • Share deal data with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce

 Yes. You’ll need an active Dotloop account. You can sign up at dotloop.com.

 No. Dotloop is a one-way manual connection. Leads are not automatically sent or updated. You decide which leads to send, and updates don’t pass between systems.

 Yes. Every agent can connect their own Dotloop account within their CRM login.
