Manage your leads from anywhere using the mobile app. You can view lead profiles, update statuses, add notes, and keep your Lead Manager organized while you are out in the field.

To send a message template from the mobile app:

Open the lead’s profile in the CRM app

Tap the Actions button
-
Choose Text Message or Email

Select a template from your available message templates

Edit the message if needed, then send
Please Note
The CRM App only allows you to send templates, not create new ones. Message templates must be created and edited in the desktop version of the Lead Manager.

To assign a workflow to a lead from the mobile app:

Open the lead’s profile in the CRM app

Tap Info

Scroll to the Workflow section

Tap Add

Select an active workflow from your list
Please Note
The CRM App only allows you to subscribe leads to a workflow, not create new ones. Workflows must be created and edited in the desktop version of the Lead Manager.

To send property information from the mobile app:

Select Text Message

In the message field, tap the plus (+) icon

Select the property you want to share and send the message
