What You’ll Need to Do

There’s not much left for you to handle, just a few quick steps that involve your personal login details or preferences. These make sure your CRM is fully connected, personalized, and ready to help you start strong.

  1. Connect your email
Connect your email to the Lead Manager to send and receive messages in the system. If you use a domain email, contact Support to keep your messages delivering correctly. You can set this up in your Email Integration settings.

  2. Review your notifications
Make sure your notifications are turned on and adjust them to match your preferences. You can do this from your Notifications page.

  3. Check your profile
Verify your contact information, upload a photo, and add an email signature so all your communication looks professional. You can make these updates in your Agent Profile page.

  4. Add your team (if needed)
If you have agents, lenders, or admins working with you, confirm that they can log in and have their profiles set up. You can review or add users in your CRM User Management page.

  5. Optional: Connect other tools
You can link platforms like Zillow or Realtor.com anytime if you’d like all your leads in one place. You can manage these connections from your CRM Integrations page.
