To help you capture better-quality leads, Real Geeks offers Phone Number Verification feature that screens out fake or incorrectly formatted phone numbers before they enter your CRM.

This setting checks for valid area codes and filters out common invalid patterns like “555” numbers or entries that don’t meet formatting standards. By requiring a properly formatted phone number at the point of sign-up, you reduce bad data and improve your ability to engage leads more effectively.

How to Enable/Disable Phone Number Verification on Your Website

  1. Go to your website backend by adding /admin to the end of your website domain (e.g., www.website.com/admin)
  2. Click Site Settings
  3. Select the Advanced Site Settings tab

  4. In the Require Valid Phone On Signup field, select True to enable phone verification and False to disable phone verification.
  5. Click Save
