Establish Plan Onboarding Guide

Welcome to Real Geeks! We’re excited to have you aboard.

This guide is your go-to resource for getting set up and started with the Real Geeks platform as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our goal is to help you launch fast, save time, and get your system working for you right away.

Think of Real Geeks as the engine of your business — built to help you stay connected, strengthen relationships, and reach more clients with less effort. Once your system is running, it keeps your business moving forward so you can focus on what matters most: helping people buy and sell homes.

When you finish these steps, you will have:

  • A live, MLS-approved website
  • Verified texting and email tools to nurture leads
  • A platform to capture leads & strengthen relationships

Step 1: Complete Your Core Setup

Goal: Complete the required steps needed to launch your website.

MLS / IDX Approval

  • Need approval from your MLS board to display listing data on your website
  • Check your Onboarding Dashboard for MLS-specific instructions. This may include completing forms, obtaining broker signatures, or any additional fees 
  • Once submitted, Real Geeks monitors approval and notifies you when complete.

⚠️  Approval may take up to 2 weeks for some boards


completing this process early will make sure there are no delays to getting started.

Text Message Verification (A2P 10DLC)

  • Required by phone carriers for all business texting.
  • Without completing this step, you will not be able to text leads through Real Geeks.
  • Go to https://realgeeksllc.typeform.com/texting-reg-us and follow the prompts to enter your business details and submit your information.
  • Approval typically takes 1–2 weeks, so start this process right away.

Complete your text verification early to keep your follow-up running smoothly once leads start coming in.

Set Up Your Website

  • Use the Website Setup Questionnaire to have your website fully generated in minutes. It will guide you step by step through each part of the setup process.

  • Provide all requested details, including your contact information, logo, bio, and service areas. Each area you list will generate its own page.
  • Take your time and make sure everything is accurate so your website is complete and ready to use right away.

💡 Pro Tip


Gather your logo, headshot, and short bio before you begin to make the setup faster and smoother. Providing thorough detail in this step can help generate valuable lead content that serves as a magnet for leads.

Step 2: Log In and Verify Access

Goal: Confirm you can access and personalize every part of your system.

Lead Manager (CRM)

  • Log in at leads.realgeeks.com.
  • Set Up Your Profile: Add your phone, photo, and company information. Confirm your contact info matches what is displayed on your site.

  • Integrate Your Email:
    • Connect your business email to send and track messages directly from Lead Manager. All replies stay synced with each lead’s record.

Website Editor

  • From the Lead Manager, go to Settings → Edit Website.
  • Branding & design changes can be made by clicking Edit Designs

Account & Billing

Download the Real Geeks CRM App (Recommended)

  • The Real Geeks CRM App lets you manage leads and stay connected wherever you are.

  • Get instant access to new leads, saved searches, and messages while you are in the field.

  • Turn on notifications so you can respond the moment a lead registers or favorites a property.

Step 3: Test and Launch Your Website

Goal: Make sure everything works and your site is live for clients.

Test Your Website

  • Open a new browser or Incognito window.
  • Browse your site like a visitor: search for homes or request a market report.
  • Register as a lead using a secondary email (or ask a friend to).
  • Confirm the lead appears in your CRM and you receive notifications.

🚀 Connect Your Domain and Go Live

  • Going live makes your site public and ready to share.
  • You can:
    • Buy a new domain through Real Geeks, or
    • Use one you already own.
  • If you already have a domain:
    • 📞 Call (844) 311-4969 or schedule time with our support team for help
    • 🧭 Follow our step-by-step guide to connect it yourself

⚠️  If your email uses your domain (for example, you@yourdomain.com)


Contact Real Geeks Support before making any changes. Updating your domain can temporarily interrupt email if not configured correctly. Our team will ensure everything transitions smoothly.
