Where to Find Your Templates

  1. Go to
  2. Click Comms
  3. Click Templates

Manage or delete templates at any time by navigating your template lists, located to the left.


Create a Template

CRM templates can save time when communicating with leads by creating a basic message that can be personalized “on-the-spot” to fit their specific needs.

Create a new message for any scenario using the template lists. Select the type of message you want to create, and click + Create New to craft a new message from scratch.

  4. Select the Template type you want to create
  5. Click Library
