The CRM user will receive these notifications for the leads and follow-ups in the CRM that are assigned to the user. Click on a notification type below to learn more.

*New lead
Notification is sent when the user is assigned a new lead. Leads reassigned in bulk do not trigger this notification.
Lead Contact Request
Notification is sent when a lead assigned to the user completes the "Contact Us" form.
Incoming text messages from leads
Notification is sent when the user receives an incoming text message in the CRM.
Incoming chat messages from leads
Notification is sent when the user receives an incoming chat message in the CRM.
Leads become active
Notification is sent when a lead assigned to the user becomes active on the website.
Leads request a tour
Notification is sent when a lead assigned to the user completes a Tour Request Form.
Leads favorite a property
Notification is sent when a lead assigned to the user adds a listing to their favorites.
Leads share a property via email
Notification is sent when a lead assigned to the user completes the "Share by email" option while looking at a listing on the website.
Contact Info Updated
Notification is sent when a lead assigned to the user updates their contact information on the website.
Seller Leads valuation inquiry
Notification is sent when a lead assigned to the user completes a Property Valuation.
Potential Seller Lead
Notification is sent when a potential seller lead is assigned to the user.
Lead reassigned
Notification is sent when one of the user's leads is reassigned to another CRM user.
Leads Added to a Pond
Notification sent when a lead is added to a Pond the user has access to.
Lender Assignments
Notification is sent when lenders are assigned to the user's leads.
Follow-up reminders
Notification when the user has a scheduled follow-up.
Daily follow-up reminders
Daily notification sent summarizing all of the follow-ups scheduled for all CRM users.
Activity shared by another user
Notification sent when an admin or agent adds an activity to a lead assigned to the user
Admin Notification Types
Team Leaders and Administrators have access to a second set of notifications. Team Leaders and Administrators will receive these notifications based on the activities of all CRM users and all leads in the CRM. Click on a notification type below to learn more.

User - New lead
Notification is sent when any CRM user is assigned a new lead.
User - Lead Contact Request
Notification is sent when any lead (regardless of assigned agent) completes the "Contact Us" form.
