If a lead asks how to sign in to your website, you can quickly send them their login details by email.

Leads use the email address and phone number they registered with as their login credentials. You can make it even easier by sending them a direct login link that takes them straight to the sign-in page.

How to Send Login Instructions

Open the lead’s profile in your CRM.
Send the lead an email with their login details.
Include the merge field {{LEAD_LOGIN_HERE_LINK}} in your message to generate a personalized login link.
When the lead clicks the link, they will be taken directly to the website login page.
