Brand Boost is a simple advertising tool in the Self-Serve Ads Studio within your Real Geeks CRM. It helps real estate agents promote their brand on Facebook and Instagram with professionally designed, ready-to-launch campaigns.

Built for ease of use, Brand Boost removes the complexity of digital advertising. You don’t need to master ad platforms, design graphics, or write copy from scratch. Instead, you can launch a campaign in minutes, increase your visibility with local buyers and sellers, strengthen brand recognition in your market, and drive more traffic back to your website.

How to Launch Your Brand Boost Ad

Brand Boost was designed to make advertising simple. There's no need to learn complicated advertising platforms, design graphics, or write ad copy from scratch.

To launch a campaign:

1. In the Real Geeks CRM Navigation menu, click Marketing

2. Select Self-Serve Ads
   
   

3. In the Quick Start menu, select Brand Boost

4. Choose a professionally designed campaign theme or create a custom theme.
   
   

5. Pick the target location where you want your ads to appear.
   
   

6. Review your headshot and logo.

7. Confirm your billing details.

8. Launch your campaign.

Your campaign automatically renews every month until you cancel it. Each monthly campaign is billed upfront.

Personalizing Your Ads

Brand Boost gives you two ways to create your campaign. Launch a professionally designed ad in minutes, or choose the Custom Theme to create your own unique ad.

Professional Themes

• Launch ready-made ads with professionally designed graphics and ad copy.
• Only your profile photo and website logo can be changed to match your branding.

Custom Theme

• Write your own ad copy to match your message.
• Upload your own images to create a unique campaign.
  • Upload multiple images to automatically create multiple ad variations across Facebook and Instagram.

Your profile photo is automatically pulled from your Real Geeks CRM Profile (Settings), and your website logo is pulled directly from your Real Geeks website.

Both can be manually updated before launching your campaign.

Billing & Monthly Cost

Brand Boost is a recurring monthly advertising campaign. Choose the monthly budget that fits your business goals, and your campaign will automatically renew each month until you cancel it.

When selecting your budget, you'll also see an estimated number of impressions—the approximate number of times your ad may be shown to Facebook and Instagram users. This estimate helps you understand your campaign's potential reach before you launch.

What Happens After You Launch

After your campaign is submitted, it enters a Pending status while Meta reviews your ads.

Once approved, your ads begin appearing on Facebook and Instagram to help build awareness and drive new visitors to your website.

How to View Brand Boost Leads

Leads from your ads are automatically added to your Real Geeks CRM with the lead source Brand Boost. This means you can create custom filters to view all of these leads at once, or create a workflow that starts communicating with your leads on an automated basis.

1. Go to leads.realgeeks.com/leads

2. Click Advanced Filters

3. In the left-hand menu, select Source

4. Select RG Brand Boost in the list of sources
   
   

5. Click Apply Filter

Manage Your Campaign

After creating your campaign, select Programs to view its status and manage your ads.

From the Programs page, you can:

• View campaigns, including those still in Pending status.
• Edit your ad copy or images while the campaign is pending.
• Clone a campaign to launch a new version with a different budget.
• Cancel a campaign.

If you cancel a campaign while it is still Pending, you're eligible for a full refund. Once a campaign becomes Active, a partial refund is issued based on the remaining advertising budget, less applicable processing fees.

Frequently Asked Questions

• How long does it take for my ad to start running?
  Most campaigns are reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours, although some may be approved sooner.

• Does my campaign automatically renew?
  Yes. Brand Boost is a recurring monthly campaign. Your campaign automatically renews each month until you cancel it.

• When am I charged?
  Your monthly campaign is billed upfront when you launch or renew your campaign.

• Can I edit my campaign after I create it?
  Yes. While your campaign is pending, you can update your ad copy and images. If you'd like to change your budget, clone the campaign and select a new budget for the new campaign.

• What Facebook Page is Used in my Ad? 
  Brand Boost ads use a generic Facebook page that displays your profile photo, website logo, and ad content. This page cannot be changed or connected to your own Facebook Business Page.

• Can I cancel my campaign?
  Yes. Campaigns can be canceled from the Programs page at any time.

  • If you cancel while the campaign is still Pending, you'll receive a full refund. If the campaign is already Active, you'll receive a partial refund based on the remaining advertising budget, less applicable processing fees.

• Can I advertise to my existing contacts?
  Brand Boost is designed to help you reach new audiences through location-based targeting. If you'd like to advertise to a specific audience outside of location targeting, you can upload a custom audience file.
