Send your Zillow leads directly to your Real Geeks CRM in an instant! 

Use this to connect Zillow Sign-Ups with your personal website, and develop stronger relationships with your leads by using the engagement tools located in your CRM. 

How the Zillow Integration Works

When a lead signs up on a property through Zillow, the lead will be automatically sent to your Real Geeks CRM. 

There are three methods to send leads to the Real Geeks CRM: 

Send Leads from Zillow to Real Geeks

Use Zillow Lead Assignment

1. Go to the Zillow Integration page in the Real Geeks CRM
   • leads.realgeeks.com > Settings > Integrations > Zillow.com > Setup
2. Enable the Use Assignment from Zillow toggle
3. Copy the code below
   
   
   
   
4. Go to Zillow > App Integrations
5. Click Link App
6. Under Partners, select Real Geeks
7. Click Next
8. Paste the Code copied from Step 3 in the Real Geeks Zillow Lead Code
9. Click Save

Use Real Geeks Lead Assignment

1. Go to the Zillow Integration page in the Real Geeks CRM
   • leads.realgeeks.com > Settings > Integrations > Zillow.com > Setup
2. Copy the code under Let Assignment Happen in Real Geeks
   
   
   
3. Go to Zillow > App Integrations
4. Click Link App
5. Under Partners, select Real Geeks
6. Click Next
7. Paste the Code copied from Step 2 in the Real Geeks Zillow Lead Code
8. Click Save

Assign all Leads to One Agent

1. Go to the Zillow Integration page in the Real Geeks CRM
   • leads.realgeeks.com > Settings > Integrations > Zillow.com > Setup
2. Under Let Assignment Happen in Real Geeks, Select your agent's name in the provided dropdown menu
   
   
3. Copy the provided code
4. Go to Zillow > App Integrations
5. Click Link App
6. Under Partners, select Real Geeks
7. Click Next
8. Paste the Code copied from Step 3 in the Real Geeks Zillow Lead Code
9. Click Save
