How to Set Up Geek AI
Geek AI is available in your account but must be activated by selecting which lead sources it should apply to.
To enable Geek AI:

Go to leads.realgeeks.com

In the Automations menu, select Geek AI

Click into the Choose Sources field

Select the lead sources you want Geek AI to manage

Repeat for each source
Once selected, Geek AI will automatically begin working for all new leads from those sources.
You can return to this page at any time to add or remove sources.

Geek AI is designed to support your workflow—not replace you. You stay in full control of every conversation.

Monitor Conversations: View all AI messages directly in the lead’s activity log

Step In Anytime: Jump into a conversation whenever it makes sense

Pause the Assistant: Click Stop Assistant in the conversation to take over

Once Geek AI is stopped for a lead, it cannot be reactivated.

Geek AI includes a built-in notification system to alert you when a lead is ready for direct agent interaction.
This is called the Assistant Conversation Handoff notification.
You’ll be notified when a lead:
