MLS Approval Guide - How Real Geeks Connects Your Website to the MLS

This step must be completed by the Site Owner only. No action is required from other users.

MLS approval is the process by which your MLS board reviews and authorizes your Real Geeks website to display IDX listing data. Your site cannot show live MLS listings until this approval is granted, making it one of the most critical steps in your website setup.

You typically receive MLS approval instructions during sign-up. If you need them resent, just email idx@realgeeks.com and we'll get those sent back to you.
