Use Bulk Actions to Update Multiple Leads

Manage multiple leads at once using Bulk Actions in your Lead Manager

Managing leads one at a time can slow you down. The Bulk Actions feature inside your Lead Manager allows you to update, organize, and manage multiple leads at once. Whether you are cleaning up your database, assigning new leads, or launching a campaign, Bulk Actions helps you move faster while staying organized.

Bulk Update

Bulk Update allows you to update flags and labels for multiple leads at the same time. This is helpful when cleaning up your database or organizing large groups of leads.

You can:

  • Assign or remove a New Lead Flag

  • Update a lead's Status

  • Update a lead's Type

  • Add or remove Tags

  • Update a lead's Urgency

  • Opt leads in or out of Reactive Responses

By default, changes apply to the leads shown in your current search. To adjust your selection:

  1. Use Advanced Filters to narrow your lead list

  2. Or manually check the box next to individual leads (note: selections only apply to the 50 leads visible per page)

Bulk Update is commonly used for database clean up, pipeline adjustments, event tagging, or managing Reactive Responses at scale.

The eBlast action allows you to send a mass email to a filtered group of leads.

Using Advanced Filters, you can target specific segments such as:

  • Buyers in a certain timeframe

  • Sellers with a specific tag

  • Leads assigned to a specific agent

You can select an existing email template or create a new message before sending. This makes it easy to communicate announcements, new listings, market updates, or event invitations to multiple leads at once.

eBlasts are most effective when sent to a clearly defined segment rather than your entire database. Learn more about the mass emailing tool here.
