How to Request New Property Search Filters on Your IDX Site
Request Additional Property Search Options for Your Website Visitors
Need additional search filters on your Real Geeks website? Our Support team can add eligible MLS fields to your website's advanced property search!
To maintain the best experience for your website visitors, we generally recommend limiting your website search to 25 filters or fewer.

How to Add Filters to Your Search
To request additional search filters for your website, send an email to support@realgeeks.com with:
-
An active MLS ID that contains the field you'd like added as a filter.
-
The value shown on the listing for that field as it appears in the MLS (for example, Pool = "Yes").
-
A brief description of the filter you'd like added.
Once received, our team will review the IDX data for that listing and determine whether the field can be added to your website's advanced property search.
Example:
-
MLS ID: 12345678
-
Field Value: Pool = Yes
-
Requested Filter: Pool
