CRM Email Signature Overview
Your CRM Email Signature is a plain-text signature that automatically appears in important emails sent from your Real Geeks lead manager. It ensures your contact information and key links are consistently displayed in automated Market Reports and Saved Searches.
Because this signature appears in high-volume automated emails, it is intentionally text-only. This helps improve deliverability and reduces the risk of spam filtering.

How to Update Your CRM Email Signature
Your signature is managed inside your Profile settings in the Real Geeks lead manager.

Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Go to the CRM Profile page
-
Enter your Contact Details, link to your website and additional information
Your updated signature will automatically apply to future automated emails and can be inserted into emails using the Agent Signature merge field.
Why Images Are Not Allowed in the CRM Email Signature
We only allow a plain-text email signature because images often trigger spam filters.
This signature is automatically added to all Market Reports and Saved Searches. It can also be included in direct emails you send from the CRM. Because it goes out in so many emails, adding the same image over and over can raise a red flag with email providers.
When that happens, your emails may:
-
Go to the spam folder
-
Skip the inbox
-
Be marked as promotional
-
Have lower delivery rates
Market Reports and Saved Searches are some of your most important emails. They send updates to your leads automatically and help you convert more business over time. To protect those emails, we focus on delivery first.
Using Image Signatures in Direct Emails and Workflows
If you want to use an image signature, you can do that in one-off emails or specific campaigns by replacing the signature with your image signature with the Insert/Edit Image button.
- Remove your Agent Signature
- Upload and insert your image signature

Keep in mind:
-
The plain-text signature will still appear in automated Market Reports and Saved Searches
-
Images increase the chance of triggering spam filters
-
The more images you add, the higher the delivery risk
If you choose to use images, use them sparingly. Keeping most emails text-based helps your messages land in the inbox instead of spam.
Best Practices
Your signature should be clean, simple, and easy to scan on mobile.
You should at least include:
-
Your full name
-
Brokerage name
-
Direct phone number
-
Website link
Avoid overcrowding your signature with excessive links or formatting. Simplicity improves clarity and engagement.
