Under Page Settings, open the Search Form Display Options menu.

Search Form Display Options
Header
Use the Header field to change the title displayed above the property search.
The Header can be changed on all Real Geeks website designs, including Anna and Anna Modern.
Choose a short title that connects the search to the page’s topic. For example, a page about Milwaukee could use:
-
Search Homes in Milwaukee
-
Explore Milwaukee Real Estate
-
Find Your Milwaukee Home
A clear title helps visitors understand what they can search for and encourages them to explore available homes.
Search Form Type
Use Search form type to choose the search layout displayed on the page.
Please Note
This setting is only available on our older template designs:
- Molly
- Miranda
- Miranda Thin
You can choose between two search layouts: Default Search and Type Ahead Search
Default Search Form
The default search form uses dropdown-style menus that help visitors build a property search.

Type-Ahead Search
The type-ahead search lets visitors begin typing a location. Matching locations appear as they type.
This option gives visitors a simple and flexible way to begin searching.

Set Search Defaults
When using the default search form, select Set Search Defaults to choose the information displayed when the page loads.
Depending on the available MLS data, you may be able to set defaults for:
-
Location
-
Minimum and maximum price
-
Bedrooms
-
Bathrooms
