What counts as a user?

User counts are based on CRM seats. There is no additional charges for website-only access. If you grant access to manage or edit your website only—but do not give them a CRM seat—there is no additional charge for that user.

When will I be charged?

When you add a new user in the CRM, your user total updates automatically, and will be reflected on your next invoice.

I'm adding a lender to my CRM. Does that count as a user?

Yes, any user added to the CRM will count as a user seat for billing purposes.

I'm the platform owner, do I count as a user in the CRM?

Yes, the owner and admin of the CRM count as a user seat for billing purposes.
