What Is the Banner Feature?

The Banner feature in Real Geeks allows you to display an announcement at the top of any page on your website. This is a great way to grab visitors’ attention and direct them to important updates, offers, or resources.

Banners can include a clickable link, making it easy for visitors to take action.

When to Use a Banner on Your Website

Here are a few examples of when you might want to use a banner:

  • New Listing Announcement – Link to a featured property or a new listing page.
  • Open House Promotion – Let visitors know about an upcoming open house with a link to the details.
  • Market Updates – Share the latest market reports and trends.
  • Special Offers – Promote a free home valuation, consultation, or special deal.
  • Community Events – Link to a local event or sponsorship you’re involved in.
