When to Use Website Banners

Website Banners are most effective when used to highlight relevant and timely information.

Common use cases include:

  • Open house announcements

  • Local events or community updates

  • Special offers or promotions

  • Holiday messages

  • New listings or featured properties

For best results, match your banner message to the page content. For example, if you have an Austin area page, you can promote an Austin open house to keep the experience relevant and increase engagement. Adding a banner to your homepage is a great way to reach a broader audience.
