Key Highlights from the Session

Lead Feed Enhancements

  • View All Follow-Ups: A new button gives you a clear list of all tasks (calls, emails, appointments) and highlights overdue items.

  • More Lead Insights: Soon you’ll see who is online, their last saved search email, and the most recent property they viewed.

  • Snooze Leads: Coming soon — hide leads you’ve recently connected with so they don’t keep resurfacing.

Click-to-Call Dialer (Beta Coming Soon)

  • Call directly from your CRM using your existing Real Geeks number (the same one Robin texts from).

  • Launch calls from the Lead Feed, Leads List, or individual lead pages.

  • Interested in testing? Sign up during the beta and provide feedback to shape the feature.

Geek AI (Robin) Expansions

  • Robin will now engage active leads (favorites, repeat visits, returning site users).

  • Dormant leads will be re-engaged with tailored messaging.

  • Team Controls: Admins will be able to toggle Robin on/off for individual agents.

  • Future Channels: Robin will soon expand beyond text into calls, emails, and even appointment scheduling.

Opt-Outs Explained

  • When a lead replies “STOP,” they’re only opting out of automated texts, not your personal outreach.

  • Use this as an opportunity to call or email with a friendly check-in.

  • You can filter your CRM to view opted-out leads and follow up manually.

Building Urgency & Prioritization

  • Use the Urgency field and Advanced Filters to segment leads by last contact, recent activity, or opt-out status.

  • Best practice: Prioritize leads who are waiting on a reply, then active/high-priority leads, then “slipping away” contacts.

Blogging & Area Pages for SEO

  • Consistent blogging builds trust, boosts SEO, and drives return traffic.

  • Area pages with custom search filters (price ranges, neighborhoods) let you capture niche lead interest.

  • Share these posts/pages in eblasts or on social media to drive leads back to your site.
